NexCFO AI is based in Doha, Qatar. We are responsible for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@nexcfoai.com.

- With your consent, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the website, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Netlify — website hosting and demo-form storage.
- Google — web fonts, and Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
These providers may process data outside Qatar, including in the United States and the European Union. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
The website works without cookies. We only set analytics cookies if you click Accept on the cookie banner. We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.
6. How long we keep it
Demo requests and related messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer (then the customer agreement applies) or ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@nexcfoai.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
We handle personal data in line with the laws that apply to us, including Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy, and, for users in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
8. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Demo requests are stored with our hosting provider and access is limited to our team. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
9. Children
This website is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
11. Our product
This policy covers the website only. Data processed in the NexCFO AI platform on behalf of customers is covered by the customer agreement and data processing terms.
